Four steps. You choose a spread (the shape of the question), whisper your question and pick who reads for you, draw your cards from the fan, then one of the readers turns them over and tells you what they mean, together, as one story. It takes under a minute. The daily stars are a separate, free thing you can read any morning.
Each reader is the same cards seen through a different temperament: Mistique the warm auntie, The Scholar for symbolism and correspondences, Luna the dreamer, Ryder the straight-talker, Baba Vera the grandmother, and Oracle-9, the machine that dreams. Pick whoever fits your mood. Switch on No-fluff mode and any reader leads with the verdict and cuts the comfort, for when you'd rather just hear it.
Yes. Ask a follow-up and a fresh card is drawn to answer it, woven into what you already have. The first two follow-ups on a reading cost one token each; after that the price climbs (two tokens each for the next two, then three, and so on), up to ten per reading.
Tokens are how you pay for readings. A reading is 5 to 25 tokens by the size of the spread; follow-up questions start at 1 token and climb the deeper you dig; the daily stars cost nothing. You start with 25 on the house, and your Card of the Day is always free (one card, read from the old book of meanings; the six readers and their sight are the premium).
Both live behind the purse (top right). Top-ups are one-off packs, buy tokens when you want them. The Seeker subscription lands a larger monthly bundle for the same everyday price as a mid pack, so if you read often it's the better value; it renews each month and you can stop it whenever you like.
Tokens arrive once the payment clears, usually quickly, occasionally after a short wait. If your balance still hasn't moved, send us a message from My Account (Contact us about a problem) with the time of the purchase and we'll sort it.
Ask and it's done, no reason needed: send us a message from My Account (Contact us about a problem) and say which purchase. What can and can't be refunded (in short: unspent tokens yes, spent readings no, failed readings were never charged) is set out plainly in the terms.
Add your name and birth date in Settings and switching on Personalise ✦ folds your numerology (Life Path, Expression and the rest) into a reading, showing you the exact numbers first. It's optional; left off, every reading is general and uses none of your details. How these are held is in the privacy policy.
Your sign is worked out from your date of birth on the Daily Stars page (or set it there in a tap). If you'd like your horoscope sent each morning, turn on the daily stars email in Settings, it's off until you ask, and one line in every email turns it off again.
Email, password, theme, deck, reader and your numbers all live in Settings. A new email has to be confirmed from that inbox first, so no one can move your account without it. To leave, Settings, then Delete account erases everything for good once you type your email to confirm; personal data is gone within 30 days bar what the law makes us keep.
Use "forgotten your password?" for a reset link (good for one hour, check spam if it's slow). Joined with Google? Use Continue with Google rather than a password. Fully locked out? Write to support@astertarot.com from the email on your account.
A hard refresh clears an old copy: Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac). If it's still off, send us a message from My Account saying what you did and what happened, a screenshot helps a great deal, and be as blunt as you like; we'd rather know.
