The card
A crowned man sits clutching a pentacle to his chest, one balanced on his head and one beneath each foot, a city skyline behind him.
Upright meaning
The Four of Pentacles clutches his coins with crown, heart, and feet, security achieved and immediately fortified. Stability is a genuine blessing, and prudence has served you well. But notice the cost of the grip: hands that hold this tightly cannot receive anything new. Guard what matters without letting saving become hoarding.
Love
Possessiveness or emotional guardedness may be squeezing the warmth from love. Security in a relationship comes from openness, not control.
