How to read the cards together

Begin with the Heart and Crossing cards as one sentence: the situation and the force acting upon it. Root, Passing Behind, Crown and Coming Before You form the vertical and chronological context. The final staff of four cards moves from your stance to your environment, then the hopes or fears colouring your view, and finally the Outcome. Repeated suits and Major Arcana cards show where the reading carries most weight.
