The service

Aster provides AI-written tarot readings, daily horoscopes and related features, for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are not professional advice; the full position is in the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. You must be 18 or over to create an account or buy tokens.

Tokens, payments & refunds

• Tokens are a licence to use paid features of this site. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no value outside the site.
• Prices are shown before you buy and include any applicable tax. Payment is taken by a third-party payment provider.
• Refunds. Tokens are added to your account straight away, so tokens you have already spent on a reading cannot be refunded, as the service has been delivered. If you have unspent tokens and would like a refund, contact us and we will sort it out. Payment is handled by our third-party payment provider, whose own terms may also apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep the tokens already granted for the current period, and you will not be charged again.
• Problems. If a reading fails to generate, you are not charged for it. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will put it right.

Using the service fairly

• Keep your account secure and do not share your password. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
• Do not break, overload, scrape, resell, or abuse the service, or use it to harm or harass others.
• The service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable at times or change over time.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
